Here at The Finance Circle, we understand the property market and customer service is our focus, we can help you navigate the finance process and also help you feel at ease with your financial decisions and investments.
We are experienced in assisting clients with their first and subsequent purchases. In particular, first home buyers and young families.
Our process involves taking the time to understand your financial goals, comparing loans and making the right recommendations for your individual situation. Offering a tailored service ensures your best interests are at heart and you have the best opportunity to reach your financial goals both now and in the future or ‘Lending for Life’ as we prefer to call it!
You can feel confident knowing that we are fully qualified mortgage brokers, holding a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. In addition, we are proud members of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia.

We do the hard work for you and check your eligibility for any schemes, grants and ways to save you money. We compare our panel of 30+ lenders to find the best loan for you, saving you time.

We are paid commission from the lender, for introducing you and completing all the paperwork for your loan application. In the majority of cases there is no fee to use our broking services, however we may charge a small fee for complex loan scenarios in which case we will disclose this to you upfront.

We have access to a panel of 30+ lenders, this includes all the major banks and allows us to provide a minimum of 3 comparable lenders to suit your lending requirements.

We're based in the Wollondilly/Macarthur region and serve clients Australia-wide. With technology such as video conferencing and digital signatures there is no requirement to meet face-to-face.

Yes, there are lenders who will consider applicants who have just started a job. Eligibility criteria applies.

Obtaining pre-approval can take anywhere from 1 to 20+ days depending on the lender. We will check your timeframes in our initial conversations to ensure we are recommending a lender to suit your timeline.

Pre-approval is valid for 90 days with most lenders, some lenders will allow you to extend your pre-approval for an additional 90 days by supplying updated payslips and bank statements.
